@Fly_Norwegian DY 7015 // please send a coach transfer from DC to NYC ASAP !

[Charles Adkp @AdkpCharles]

@Fly_Norwegian Flight DY 7015. Absolute lack of professionalism and terrible communication. We expect compensation !

[Sam Sheppard @Sam_Shep14]

@Fly_Norwegian we are stranded at Dallas airport. Your crew and captain have jumped ship and booked into a hotel and they are not releasing our baggage. Holiday of a lifetime has been ruined due to poor organisation and judgement. No reps to talk to either. Disgusting.

@Fly_Norwegian Flight DY7015 to JFK took off from LGW 17.10 yesterday. Diverted to Washington. Daughter has just called from airport. Nobody from Norwegian there to help. What are they supposed to do?
