My dearest Margaret,
Victories like this are the sweetest kind. Our defenses were impenetrable this afternoon. May our celebrations take us late into the night. Besting the Aristocrats never gets old.
M. Young
My dearest Margaret,
Our ship was beaten and battered by Hurricanes in the Atlantic. I was pleased with our effort, despite the defeat. Disappointed, we sail towards the New River Valley. Scouts report the Aristocrats from the Commonwealth are planning a surprise attack.
M. Young
My dearest Margaret,
The Men of Orange were extinguished. My unit learned from its previous defeat and rallied. Many thanks to our long cannons, which were effective. A trek towards the U.S.’s southernmost point awaits in the coming days.
M. Young
My dearest Margaret,
Finally. Victory escaped us for too long, but not against the Blue Devils from the south. Pvt. Collins was exceptional, as was the rest of our crew. For the first time in a month, the U.S.S. Cassell escaped unscathed. We will celebrate this one.
M. Young
My dearest Margaret,
Our journey has not been kind to us. Still, my men continue to give their all. Tonight, we travel east to the Aristocrats of the Old Dominion. It is not an easy task, but we cannot shy away. Our campaign’s success depends on it.
M. Young
My dearest Margaret,
A string of recent defeats has plagued us. But a pack of wolves approaches from the south. Although we may be without the help of MCPO Cattoor, we cannot back down from this challenge. The U.S.S. Cassell is extremely vulnerable.
M. Young
My dearest Margaret,
As one campaign ends, another begins. The Tigers were no match for our firepower today. As a result, we have successfully completed the first leg of our five-month journey. May our trip to Boston in two days time be successful, unlike those previous.
M. Young
My dearest Margaret,
Our return to New York Harbor was sweet. Once again, my men were up for the challenge. The Cowboys threatened, but we never let up. Though we are battered and bruised, the U.S.S. Cassell has no damage - a victory in its own right.
M. Young
My dearest Margaret,
After dispatching the Flyers, we have sailed north to New York Harbor. A meeting with some Cowboys awaits. We are no stranger to these waters - one of the greatest victories of my career came here in March. We are confident, but cautious.
M. Young
My dearest Margaret,
Any victory over the Heels of Tar is a welcome one; this afternoon's was just that. Our young men are inspiring, and they fought till the end. Tomorrow we begin preparations for the Flyers from the north. Last year's encounter still stings.
M. Young
My beloved Gabby,
GySgt Amoore accomplished a feat never before seen along the banks of the New River. She was exceptional in every facet against the people of the corn, and she propelled our unit to victory. Her performance will be remembered for generations.
K. Brooks
My dearest Margaret,
Though we were not at our best, my unit prevailed against the mighty Gophers. Now, we rest. The Heels of Tar will soon be upon us, desperate for revenge. The memory of us sinking their ships in New York Harbor in March will motivate them.
M. Young
My dearest Margaret,
Our scouts reported Gophers creeping down the New River and approaching the U.S.S. Cassell. It is a foe this region has not encountered in some time - 11 years, I am told. We plan to send them back to the Land of 10,000 Lakes beaten and bruised.
M. Young
My dearest Margaret,
Our trip to Charleston ended on a frustrating note. However, the improvement shown by my group is promising. Now, we shall feast and celebrate each another’s company before continuing our journey.
M. Young
My dearest Margaret,
The weather has not been kind to us off the coast of the Atlantic, but we have battened down the hatches. So far, we have prevailed, much in thanks to outrunning the Nittany Lions from the north. Now, we must pass one final test in the Holy City.
M. Young
Father—
Voices from the mountains beckon our steely attention. Our toothless brethren approach. The thickness of the air portends of momentous happenings yet to be. Hate alone could, but will not, drive us to face our grisly foe. Fort Lane must be protected. Hoki-Hi!
B.P.
My dearest Margaret,
My unit has just received its orders for the upcoming campaign along the coast of the Atlantic. After fending off the U.S.S. Cassell from the Heels of Tar on 4 DEC 22, we will set sail on a long voyage to protect the integrity of our Commonwealth.
M. Young
Father—
Victory's sweet taste has found me. My men, in their temerity, vanquished these pesky Northerly Eagles with resolute fervor, protecting our dear Fort Lane. With excitement can our campaign across the Atlantic Coast now proceed. Hoki-hi!
B.P.
Father—
Eagles of a Northerly Origin, acting as boisterous as a murder of crows, have been spotted, by my forward scouts, hovering along the huckleberry approaching Fort Lane. We shall vanquish these feathery brethren with great haste.
Hoki-Hi!
B.P.
Father—
Mere weeks separate my men & I from our maiden skirmish together. With God as our witness, we shall rekindle and resurrect ole glory as we retake our Old Dominion, Hoki-Hi!
