@TLRailUK I appreciate your reply, but I've read that statement already and it's of zero use to anyone actually wanting to travel, and completely vague on timing of a solution. I wouldn't wish a job in the social team on anyone, but please do relay our specific issues to those in power.

@TLRailUK are there no direct train services through London to Bromley anymore? I can only see options to change at Blackfriars, but that's a real hassle with kids and luggage, especially if trains are delayed and we miss the connection.

@TLRailUK Today it will be St Pancras, but I've been noticing this for the last week for various other destinations (including Luton). I'd like to plan my journeys ahead with kids, but the planner changes and some tweets have said to check on the day.
