Why grace marks and internal assessment marks are not awarded to students so that they can move ahead?

What are we trying to achieve by evaluating students via one exam no focus on learning

Education at KV is not available for everyone
It's only for govt employee

It's our kind request to authorities that govt should consider only 40% from this offline board exam and rest 60% from internal assessment.

What are we going to achieve by taking such exam where cheating is happening in some centers?
