Seguimos avanzando para proteger a nuestros menores en las redes sociales.

Cumpliendo lo que anunciamos en febrero, hoy incluimos en la futura Ley de Protección de Menores en Entornos Digitales tres medidas esenciales:

- Prohibir el acceso a las redes sociales a los menores de 16 años.
- Tipificar como delito la manipulación algorítmica y la amplificación de contenidos ilegales.
- Establecer la responsabilidad penal de los directivos si no retiran los contenidos ilícitos de sus plataformas.

Este Gobierno no se va a rendir ante tecno-oligarcas. Vamos a convertir el espacio digital en un entorno seguro para nuestros jóvenes.
