Chinese Embassy then MOE of china after that University and then again follow the same track to come back. It will take almost 1 semester. So just forget about HEC and Paksitan.
BE hopeful china will announce new policy. And we all will apply with NOC. 2/2

CSC student is going and other is going. Till now there is nothing. I have just confirmed those have NOC still Gerry refuse to accept their visa application. So calm down. The list which HEC made will now go to MOFA then china 1/2
