I asked you for a World Cup and you said NO
Okay, you know what? give me 2 Euros and I’ll manage it, you still said NO 😂
Over here, we have 2 Copa Americas and 1 World Cup 🐐
We don’t have to convert two Euros into 1 World Cup. We don’t do Bureau de change.

1. Removing objects from stab wounds will increase the blood loss and thus it will increase the chance of that person dying. Leave that object be. Doctors will remove it at the hospital.
2. If you have no option, but to fight with a dagger or knife then remember that slashing causes more damage than stabbing.
3. If you think you're being followed, turn right four times. Since you'll get to the same place, they shouldn't be following you anymore.
4. Never walk on the stairs with your hands in pockets.
5. Trust your guts. It's the body's 1st line defense.

Snoring occurs when the flow of air through the mouth and nose is partially blocked during sleep. The soft tissues in the throat, including the uvula (I explained what uvular was some days ago) and the back of the tongue, relax too much, leading to vibrations as air passes through. This is more common in men than women.
Different factors such as physical structure of throat and jaw, nasal (nose related) issues, sleep position and obesity can contribute to it.
Why do people snore loudly?
The intensity of vibrations in the airway will dictate how low or loud your snore sounds. Poor muscle tone in the throat and tongue can increase the vibration. People also snore more in deep sleep. Alcohol and sedatives also relax the muscles in the throat, increasing the likelihood and volume of snoring.
When Does Snoring Become a Problem?
✓ Frequency: If snoring occurs every night, it may disrupt the quality of sleep for both the snorer and their partner.
✓ Daytime Symptoms: Excessive daytime sleepiness, difficulty concentrating, and irritability may suggest that snoring is affecting the quality of sleep.
✓ Witnessed Pauses in Breathing: Loud snoring accompanied by episodes of interrupted breathing may indicate sleep apnea, a serious sleep disorder that requires medical attention.
Possible solutions:
✓ Lifestyle modifications such as losing weight, avoiding alcohol and sedatives before bedtime, and sleeping on one's side can help reduce snoring.
✓ Treatment of underlying conditions such as nasal congestion, allergies, or other underlying issues can also help.
✓ Anti-snoring devices such as mouthpieces, nasal strips, and positional therapy devices can help keep the airways open during sleep. You can get them on different online marketplaces.
✓ In cases of severe snoring or sleep apnea, medical treatments such as Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) machines or surgical procedures may be recommended. Yesterday, I read a post about someone who said he wasn't sleeping well and doctors in Nigeria kept telling him to lose weight. When he got to the UK, CPAP was recommended after tests and he's doing fine now.
