@LaczyNasPilka

Super happy that Packager is officially in the pre-alpha stage and you play around with it today!
- It's browser-first (web workers ❤️)
- It's extensible
- Can transpiler/bundle any file
and much more...

@ianberdin I wish I had the time buddy. The new project I'm working on is taking all of my free time after work as I'm very close to releasing an alpha version for it.
Feel free to take a look at Packager's 0.2 rewrite branch on GH which has major perf improvements and fork it.
@ianberdin Oh nice! Try using esbuild’s JS API which is significantly faster at code transpilation than any other existing lib. That’s how Packager is able to do instant code changes, quicker than hot reloading.
I built Packager for an online IDE I had in mind, kinda of like Codesandbox
@ianberdin Hey dude. Packager's development has been paused for now as I am working on a different library. It was a fun project so I might come back to it in the future. Have you been thinking of using Packager for any of your projects?
Typescript typings can be a massive pain sometimes... especially if you're working on a library where DX is one of the most important aspects of it. ~400 lines in a .d.ts file and still growing 🙈🙄
@joshghent Thanks mate. I built it because I was building a file explorer component but needed a very simple API for moving files between folders, updating names, deleting them etc.
🚀 #TIL:
In TypeScript, you can do:
`import type { CoolType } from 'cool-module';`
To import just the type 🤯 This is apparently better than regular import statements because bundling tools can do a better job at assuming what is being used as a type and what isn't.
Just published a quick https://t.co/NJh8vXmgF5 post about a @vuejs composable for getting your Vuex's module properties easily 🚀
