Identity crisis happens more often than not, but especially for athletes.
As a Father, it is my job to help prepare my children for the time when their sports career will end while still in the early stages of their athletic development.
Too many athletes struggle with a negative transition out of sports, nearly 60% from the college to professional levels.
I'm shooting to change that but I have to start in my home first, making sure my children don't go through the pain I did.
Thank you @Mr_RHolmes and the @A2AAcademy for having me on the show to spread the message.
@EverythingCar_X@IAMITZBON3Z Branded title like that isnt worth more than 18k yet some suckered won't realize it and pay 45k because it's soo much cheaper than anything out there
This is exactly what I keep pointing out in these dead bedroom discussions.
As I see it, a hormonally healthy wife who cuts off sex has assumed the leadership role of the marriage in her mind and is asserting the primary leverage she has (withholding sex) short of divorce to force her husband to perform to a different standard than he currently is.
A husband who responds by improving his performance until he meets her standard so he can have sex with her again confirms her bid and position to lead the marriage. That then becomes the frame going forward - the “happy wife happy life” hell some men end up in.
How do I know this?
Because honest women tell us, coupled with wives who exist that seek to inspire the best in their husbands within their role by making themselves as desirable as possible with free-flowing sex, versus those who attempt to usurp a husband’s leadership by controlling sex.
Honest people on this topic fully understand marriage is best with mutual investment by a husband and wife giving their best in their respective roles - not a stand off with one spouse holding their best until they are given their best by the other spouse.
I used the hormonally healthy qualifier because in those unhealthy cases it can go deeper than a simple bid for leadership.
The husband’s response should still be the same though - lead the wife where he wants her to be, rather than her leading him.
This would include directing and equipping her to get her hormones checked, with expectations to lose weight, eat purposefully, exercise, etc., to correct them if she is not yet at the age to need HRT. -R
@GiaMMacool For those that know, we know the only back up plan is to get back up.
Currently in another rebuild from nothing stage again but joyful in the journey
@TheEXECUTlONER_ Its a swap cooler. My grandparents house here in Idaho had one exactly like that. They are a pain to maintain but they work really well
That's it. I'm convinced now. I will open up a premier restaurant that no tipping is allowed. My prices will be premium as, my service and food will be premium. My servers cannot receive tips but at the end of the meal they will be rated by their customers out of 5 stars.
Also my customers will be rated by servers and I will have an ongoing list. You want the best servers you have to be a great customer.
My top rated servers will get a bonus at the end of each week.
My top rated customers will receive a discount for their next month anytime they come in.
It will be a true competition and highlight the bests of both for the week and month.
Want to be apart of the culture come join in on the fun.
A burger meal starts at $30
Whats interesting is the Hurd seats haven't always been there. When I was at Utah State our seats were behind the basket and the one section to the right of the basket. Not sure when they added 2 more sections to the hard to get them to half court but it was never that way when I was there. So moving the 2 sections to engulf the entire side is not a big del
We talk about toxic masculinity and toxic femininity…
But the real toxicity is:
“If I’m not getting what I want, I’m out.”
This is the problem in relationships today:
Everyone thinks the other person is there to meet THEIR needs.👎🏻
If your mindset is: “you do your part, I do mine.”
Sorry to break it to ya’ but that’s not love
that’s a transaction.
And transactions kill attraction.
Now it’s just two people in a partnership a business arrangement.
The only relationships that thrive with passion are the ones where both people are all-in, not keeping score, just committed to making it work and never giving up on each other.
