Hi Mark,

I have attended the last three AGMs.

In 2024, investors were still reeling from the AS/EF fallout. There was a lot of goodwill towards both Chris and SC, and optimism about the future.

In 2025, the science was top notch, but there was a general feeling of unease and concern regarding the CLN and the board’s apparent inability to deal with it. It dominated everything, including the share price and sentiment. I think people have forgotten just how bad it was.

Polite but persistent questions were asked. It was only when RH stood up and spoke with conviction that confidence was restored. Yes, Zeus has been rewarded, but that is simply a fact of life. There weren’t any credible alternatives, unless you count further dilution at ever-decreasing prices.

In 2026, the science and the future took centre stage. The CLN was not mentioned. That in itself speaks volumes.

Chris and her talented team now have the commercial expertise around them to do justice to the brilliant innovation.

My personal thanks to those who helped instigate the changes that were required.
