Took advantage of the perfect conditions to tackle Greendale Farm Shop Parkrun. New course PB🎉 Won't get near that over winter, slipping and sliding in the mud.

Devon and Cornwall Backyard Ultra. Brilliant event. First time I've done one of these events: 6.7km loop on the hour every hour until just one person left. Tough course: lots of climb (127m on every loop) and some heavy downpours.
