Today we celebrate our talented STEM educator, Dee Kalman, for being recognized as a @NewJerseyDOE 2021 Exemplary Educator! We couldn’t agree more and appreciate the innovation and positive culture you’ve brought to HMS! #HMSComets@HPSComets@anibalgaliana@DrAllenMcMillan
Imagine you made a complaint to your child’s principal only to find out he posted your written exchange on the Twitter-verse for likes.
This profession…I don’t know what to say.
@Kaetror@kendrafeliciter@TeachMrReed It is very likely a violation of district policy. Redaction of names does not make it ok to share príveleged communications publicly. However it is also a violation of public trust and could erode the relationship between parents and the school (and district).
@TeachMrReed This is throwing gasoline on a fire. Your tone was condescending and the email to all parents was unprofessional. This may score you pts with the staff but not with the community you serve. And avoid “my,” use “our.” Next time just call (and don’t post the exchange on Twitter)
