@MakeMyBlinds shocking experience so far. Sent the wrong blinds and can’t get through to anyone on the phone. Live chat just tells you to email and gives no time frame. Hugely disappointing.
@BigMotoringWrld Hi, my issue is not that the car had a fault. It is the way the diagnostic, repair and customer service teams have handled the fault. Treating the customer in a way that makes them feel like they have done something wrong or are lying, I am the victim in this situation.

Bought a Cupra Formentor in Oct - SOS system faulty from day one, dashboard noises, infotainment dead. Weeks of hassle, long drives for diagnostics, no courtesy car, still unresolved. Claiming a full refund under Consumer Rights Act. Shocking service.
@McDonaldsUK North Finchley Leisure Park Store didn’t deliver the burger part of my meal twice & supposedly that is only worth 1/3 of the meal price and you can’t redeliver the burger. So I get £3.77 refunded of a £10.49 meal, that’s £6.72 for a drink &fries. Ridiculous scam.

@British_Airways If I could get the seats that I tried to pay for I’d be a lot happier. You need to sort out your app so you aren’t taken to a different browser that quits & causes problems. The fact you can’t amend the seat after this is atrocious too & bad business as you’re missing income.
@British_Airways Also, advance seat selection I understand but charging for seats after check in opens 24 hours before the flight is a joke. Especially when the flights are so expensive.

@alamocares my flight is delayed from Montreal to Calgary and I am meant to pick up a car tonight. The office closes at midnight, can I pick up after this time? I am on @airtransat flight TS124
