@benniewormble Netflix' German JoJo Subs are genuinely so dang awful.
Many Typos, odd translations, non sensical wording at times...
Crunchyroll is leagues ahead lol.
(Tho Netflix is the only sites with all Parts having a Ger Dub, and that particular Dub is insanely well made so Netflix wins?)

@axedashed Doduo learns Fly via HM. (Doduo in general is a weird case tho, it's mostly flying type bc of the reworked bird type they initially wanted in Gen 1).
It's true that Flying doubles as a Wind Element for moves, but any Mon designed with that in mind also flies, like Tornadus.

@axedashed Fairy type DOES fit Sonic. That type is usually destributed to generally Fairy Tale like beings. Also having a Steel Weakness would fit narratively well for Sonic specifically.

@axedashed Flying type, on the other hand, ARE all ones that have the ability to be airborn. Mainly bc they all have their ground immunity. Sonic having that doesn't fit in any way. (It could work for Super Sonic, not for Base Sonic).

@vamperz_ May's Blazikan resembles a male specimen. The visual gender distinction didn't exist in Gen 3, however in the Gen 4 Episode "A Full Course Tag Battle" where this specific Blazikan reappears it still resembles a male Blazikan. ☝️🤓

Looking at how the Flying type works, adding it to Sonic makes no dang sense. If you want to use Flying Moves with STAB, might as well try Terastalizing. (Or, assuming Sonic has a Super Sonic Form (Mega Evo?) then THAT one could have the Flying type?)

@SilverFan101 Out of 115 Flying Types the only one that neither Floats/Glides/Levitates/Flies in official material or learns the move Fly is Silvally. And that ond only gets Flying bc of it being able to change into each and every type.
