Jared and Ivanka Kushner want to buy Sazan Island in Albania because it is beautiful and they want to make it a resort. How nice!

But Sazan island is not a vacation spot. It’s a well-documented strategic military chokepoint with a long military history.

In 1958, Nikita Khrushchev stood at the nearby Soviet submarine base and said, "From there I could control the Mediterranean to Gibraltar." Sazan island controls the Strait of Otranto, and the Strait of Otranto controls access to the entire Adriatic.

Every empire that wanted to control the Adriatic, wanted Sazan. Romans. Ottomans. Italians. Germans. Soviets.

What Ivanka describes as "An unbelievable, beautiful 1,400-hectare private island in the middle of the Mediterranean," is approximately 3,600 nuclear bunkers and kilometers of tunnels and hardened underground facilities, including a submarine pen the Soviets built specifically to project power into the Mediterranean, and is still an Albanian military zone.

The deal was negotiated in secret. Albanian citizens and their own parliament didn't know about it until the press reported it. The Albanian government approved it immediately after Trump won reelection. Kushner’s newly formed investment company is using $4.6 billion from Saudi Arabia and Gulf sovereign wealth funds to fund the purchase. A Qatari company, Power International Holding, is a co-owner of the project and is currently under investigation by Albanian anti-corruption prosecutors.

Now that the deal is public, the Albanians are pissed. They're in the streets marching by the thousands in Tirana, Albania’s capital with banners reading "Albania is not for sale." Private security forces have attacked protesters. The Albanian government has suspended police officers, and revoked security company licenses.

Yep, just a couple private civilians looking to open a resort. No need to look further...

It is often overlooked that the dancing Israelis didn’t just take celebratory photos (and video that was never recovered) of the burning towers on 9/11 with apparent foreknowledge of the attack.

They actually took photos from the same vantage point the day before holding up lit lighters to the tower (like burning it down)

It’s all documented in fbi reports- just a coincidence that a bunch of ex-Israeli intelligence officers were working at Israeli moving companies surveilling the attacks the day before and day of. Then they were caught with explosive residue found in their van and prepurchased plane tickets for each of them to different foreign countries scheduled for the day after (9/12).

When the fbi went to go raid the offices- they were abandoned, the Israeli owner had vanished and left everything (except some electronics) there.

All just normal coincidental Jewish behavior before being sent back to Israel and saying their purpose there was to “document the events”

The actually retarded 9/11 conspiracy theory is that osama bin Laden carried out the world’s most sophisticated terror attack from some mud cave in the mountains with no internet and a small handful of Arabs that couldn’t fly planes caused three controlled demolitions in NYC (including one building they didn’t hit), a physically impossible flight path at the pentagon, and a disappearing plane crash in shanksville. And we know it was them because they had indestructible passports and Mohamed atta decided to leave a briefcase with their detailed plans and personal information in the airport so the Americans could know all about them.

WhatsApp messages released by the Madlanga Commission have revealed a 2021 exchange between Carnilinx co-founder and Chief Operating Officer Mohammad Sayed and suspended SAPS Crime Intelligence Major General Feroz Khan in which journalist and anti-corruption activist Yusuf Abramjee was discussed in threatening terms. The messages were sent on 7 July 2021 after Abramjee publicly called for investigations into South Africa's illicit cigarette trade.

According to the extracts, Sayed sent Khan a message stating, “Abramjee gonna get fucked up bru” at 6:07:14 PM. Khan responded 15 seconds later, writing, “F#ck him up bro.” Khan later added another message saying, “He must stay in his lane.” The conversation continued later that evening when Khan asked, “Slimz bro Are you ok.”

The exchange followed the publication of an article by Tax Justice South Africa, founded by Abramjee, under the headline “AUTHORITIES TO BLAME FOR TSUNAMI OF ILLEGAL TOBACCO FLOODING SOUTH AFRICA.” In the article, Abramjee warned that criminals were being allowed to loot the country of billions of rand through tax-evading cigarette sales and called for an immediate inquiry into the industry.

Abramjee also highlighted IPSOS research which found illegal cigarettes on sale in 41% of shops nationwide. Around the same time, he posted on X that brands belonging to Carnilinx were the most frequently found below the minimum collectable tax threshold, while brands owned or licensed by Afroberg were the second most prevalent. He said Tax Justice South Africa's own investigations implicated “the usual suspects” and promised that a further report would be released.

Commission documents identify Sayed as a close associate of Khan and reveal broader interactions between the pair, including discussions about police investigations, a proposed SAPS face-mask tender during the COVID-19 period, and questions relating to former Police Minister Bheki Cele. Sayed and businessman Adriano Mazzotti have previously faced allegations linked to illicit tobacco activities.

Major General Khan, who is suspended and faces corruption-related charges, is expected to testify before the Madlanga Commission on 1 July 2026. The Commission is investigating allegations of criminality, corruption and political interference within South Africa's justice system. The newly released messages have intensified scrutiny of alleged links between law enforcement figures, politicians and individuals connected to the country's multibillion-rand illicit tobacco trade.
