@Costco please fix this, trying to upgrade my membership in-store, your policy requires my spouse to be present cause I'm not the main person on the account, but then I can upgrade from my account in the app by entering my CC manually. Why such a pain to give you my money?

@SendGrid Well, apparently you guys have the same issue. I opened 3 tickets over a month ago and still haven't got a reply to this day. Maybe you need to work on your own reachability before selling it? @SendGrid @HelpSendGrid

@AmazonHelp I told them something was not right because I go a fake tracking number and @amazon let me wait 3 weeks knowing I would't receive the order.
@AmazonHelp The first guy tricked me by telling me I could get a price match, and the second guy immediately redirected me to your policy that forbid it
@AmazonHelp Your service ensured me I would receive a product I though was a scam 3 weeks ago. I asked for a commercial gesture and they hung up on me.
