People should know what’s going on... also been waiting two hours at the store and many phones came back broken too!

So...went to @AppleSupport for a battery replacement on my 256Gb #iPhoneX after 10 phone calls, two appointments and 300km driven altogether. Waited two hours for my phone to get a working battery. I get my phone back with a screen that doesn’t fit in the chassis and a back+

...that wasn’t there in the first place. They lent me a 64Gb iPhone 8 for a week. I can’t use all my data since I had 130Gb used on my 256Gb phone. I have to go back next week that’ll bring the total of km to 400. That’s a lot for a battery swap. @Apple could at least offer +
