Wow what a final session! Awesome bottle from both players. Wu was probably 1/10 of a millimetre from going out in the semis. Played so brave all tournament and is a worthy winner 🏆
I would also like to make a special mention to my self for winning shot of the championship😂🏆
It’s been 18 years since Ronnie O’Sullivan made this incredible 147 maximum break.
That shot on the black to split the red and pink from such a difficult angle was simply fantastic 🤩
Julian Alaphilippe, qui a effectué un long relais avant la dernière montée, est venu féliciter Michael Valgren après l'arrivée. Le Français a indiqué au Danois, qui semblait un peu s'excuser, que sa victoire était "bien méritée". #TirrenoAdriatico
“With Federer, the plan was clear.
Especially at the beginning: pressure his backhand with high balls repeatedly… I didn’t always feel like using that tactic, but it was the most feasible.” - Nadal
The plan remained unchanged, but the reply had a new force: the Neo-backhand.🔥

🐐 The Greatest of All Time
Oh JV 😢😢😢😢💔💔💔
You will be missed
Thinking of Rosie and your family at this sad time
This is a tough one to take
You will always be the best ever to me
God bless you ❤️
What a guy ❤️❤️
The most aesthetically beautiful shot in tennis: the Roger Federer backhand flick! It's like he was born with a tennis racquet in his hand, using it as a paint brush on his canvas that is the tennis court
Such sad news that John Virgo has died at the age of 79.
Tremendous snooker player. UK champion in 1979.
One of the great voices - maybe the greatest - in the commentary box.
Nobody could match his sense of occasion and gravitas.
Above all, wonderful friend of snooker.
RIP
So sad to hear about the news of John Virgo’s passing. He was a great character and an amazing pundit/commentator. I had the pleasure of sharing the booth with him during the world championships a couple of years ago in which I got a huge appreciation for how good he was. We’ve lost some great people of our game just recently which is incredibly sad😢
