The American people are sick of Congress’ inaction.

The 28th will enshrine 4 widely supported gun safety freedoms -- while leaving the 2nd Amendment intact:

1) Raising the minimum age to purchase a gun to 21

2) Universal background checks

3) A reasonable waiting period for gun purchases

4) Banning the civilian purchase of assault weapons

He’s charged with Armed Criminal Action and First Degree Assault; both are felonies

An arrest warrant has been issued, and a bond has been set at $200k

According to a probable cause statement:
•victim was shot twice, in head and arm,
•suspect fired through a glass door
•Victim in the case did not cross the threshold
•does not indicate words were exchanged
•there are no witnesses & no video of the incident
•32 revolver was used
