@British_Airways Really awful service received from Customer Service on the phone yesterday by 2 staff, 1 disconnected the call and the other advised would call back with a supervisor, but didn't. (1/3)
@British_Airways We weren't informed of the change and found out by chance when updating passport details. Not the stress-free family travel you advertise. Please have someone contact me ASAP to find a solution. (3/3)
@British_Airways Booked a flight back in October and pre-selected seats basis travelling with an 11 Month old and a 2 Year Old. Flights to/from LHR and SFO, both flights our seat selection have been changed, and not with a travel/carry cot position or bassinet. (2/3)
