@TalktoBPI july 20 when my credit card was compromised and I called the customer service for a replacement. It's been almost a month and I haven't heard anything on the status. Tried calling cs hotline but it is always busy. Cc ref number is 03849710
@PLDT_Cares we do not have internet access. Meycauayan area. After 3 months, ngayon lang kami umuwi rito and updated payment namin, nawalan pa ng internet.
@SKYserves Hi, it's me again. I have been disconnected from our internet connection five times already in the last hour. I have rebooted our router five times, too. Is there a long term solution I can do to prevent this from happening again? Acct no. is in the DM. Thanks.
@SKYserves Wow. I think we jinxed it. I got disconnected again twice. 12:03am and 12:26am. :( idk what to do anymore. Hopefully, I won't be disconnected during my 7-9am meeting tomorrow.
@SKYserves The link is not helpful. I have internet connection but after few minutes, it will be disconnected and says that I do not have connection so I need to unplug and plug my modem again to restore my connection. This is the 7th time it happened for the past two hours.
