On a bright note though, just sold my condo and pushed over one of my long term goals. To get my finances in basic order.

Woke up so grateful today. The gratitude just washed over me all of a sudden. Not sure what to do for work anymore, wide open.

So how did you guys do?

I sold everything last September when the MACD on the BTC weekly started to look like garbage. I nailed BTC for the cycle, within a week or two of the top. But we never got an Alt season.

Today is a big day for Adulis, but first we are going to finish up the crypto project.

About even now for the year. Here is the plan:

1) 50% btc. 30% alts, right now SUI, but may add Sol.

2) Raoul says bull mkt into Q1/Q2, but in the fall will start watching the charts for an exit.

See if we can turn this year around. Got the first close on SUI that I wanted.

2 mistakes:

1) When I quit, my risk profile changed, should've restructured the investment.

2) When Trump dropped the coin on Sol, that was life changing money. Should have clipped some.

Definitely greed involved, but wanted to stick to the plan. Wait until this fall to sell.

In the interim, I had to liquidate the portfolio, at the worst time too, down about 135K.

Analyzed it for months. If I sold when I quit, would be up $150-200K. If I sold when Trump dropped the meme coin, would be up $500K.

As long as I had a paycheck I was fine with the drawdowns, but at the end of last year I quit my job.

Trying to restructure work. But it took a lot longer than I expected, just got my first paycheck last month. Great gig, we will see if it works out.

In retrospect I should have looked at other options, took too long.

And it worked out well. Last year was my best year ever trading/investing. I cleared 340K, from Meta (80K) and Solana/Bitcoin (260K). Like 6x in cap gains over any other year. I did have to pay about half in taxes though (401K penalties, estimated tax penalties, etc.).

Raoul counseled me, 30%-40% drawdowns in BTC and 50-60 in alts. I built up the crypto portfolio slowly, using my paychecks. I also transferred over my stock in stages. Except my condo, I had 95% of my net worth in there by the end of last year.

I think most people are looking at bitcoin's chart as a bull flag.

Only people who should be doing this are maybe a couple employees at a government agency to pull it, maybe my favorite president, something like that...perhaps if they feel the need to protect me... and even that I don't want, b/c they can't keep it private and it is unnecessary.

I will not be discussing this issue anymore, except to put people on blast if I think they are doing this, or to publicize vulnerabilities that are being exploited.

Another way I might be able to help change this, is if I can inform the public about how bad this has gotten.

In particular, if I can get through to the average American woman, and inform her that...

And no, I don't think they have any idea. There is a big difference between

1) TOS, which nobody reads or understands (and I am sure a lot of this stuff is illegal anyway);
2) Suspecting this is going on;
3) Hearing from somebody like me; and
4) Having this actually happen to you.
