@fwmann1e Uh, he didn't master it in one day. He learned how to perform "Pushing a boulder" in one day. He learned the very basics of Earthbending and began the journey.
@fwmann1e Because, he doesn't have control over the Avatar State throughout his series, except right at the end. And he's a child too. Do you think a kid has the emotional control an adult has?
@heisola13 Truth be told, I think there's an underlying theme in the Legend of Korra, that all of Korra's antagonists were out of balance in their goals/ideals or in how they approached it. Vaatu as a whole, probably needs an aspect to balance out.
@ani_meme25 Let me remind you though, unlike Aang, Korra could control the Avatar State. She could enter and exit it as she wanted to. Aang throughout the series, didn't have any control and could only enter it under duress and unintentionally.
@fwmann1e Yes it does. She isn't at 100%. Both mentally and physically. She spent three years recovering from paralysis as well as severe physical and mental trauma. She's 100% out of balance and off center, far from being fresh too. Kuvira is fresh and at 100%, fully centered.
@AshenOne_VI For me, I'm curious as to how this story will play into the God of War franchise. I mean, I know why it has the God of War title. Because it's part of the same universe and it's a relevant side story that we had no insight on. Also builds the lore of the universe.
