Roses are not always Red
Violet are not always blue
The people who said that they love you are not always the ones who do
Goodbye is not always the end and forever is not always true
Sometimes the hardest part of love is accepting that I was not meant for you 🙂
Real eyes realize real lies
Wise minds recognize disguised signs
Pure hearts prioritize true ties
False smiles often hide dark sides
Time flies, exposing every disguise
And the deepest scars come from trusted lies
What if “stubbornness” or “spiritual attacks” are misunderstood brain disorders?

Throughout my life, I've had friends who have ghosted me, betrayed me, stolen from me. The best way to deal with it is to just let it go. Mourn the end of the friendship and move on. Unfortunately, I have not been lucky with most of my friendships probably just two friends.
Cogniora initiative is having the conversations Africa avoids!
Cognitive and mental disorders are not spiritual attacks. They are not disgraceful issues that we need to talk about in hushed tones.
We are ending the mental health stigma! #cogniorainitiative#cognitive#mentalhealt
