Bandar is basically the nightmare every man hopes he never has to live through:
🎭 Part courtroom drama
🚨 Part crime thriller
💀 Part “bro is literally fighting for his life”
One accusation.
One headline.
One man’s entire life put on trial.
The most terrifying part isn’t the courtroom…
it’s watching how quickly society decides you’re guilty before the verdict arrives.
Some movies entertain.
Some movies expose how fragile a man’s reputation can be.

@RupertLowe10 Capitalism and market economy has taken over where CSR, Humanitarian Aid, Human Rights, RedCross .. everything is evaluated with gains and losses.
How ever the big picture one likes tho portray, the devil is always in the detail.

@aajtak@anjanaomkashyap Wow The replies to this post are filled with opportunity for Anjana and AajTak to file defamation cases. Good revenue stream.
Unless if and when it back-fires,.. they may have to pay.
Criticism and Truth (in relevant context) are defence to defamation argument.

India : A reflection of how systemically abuse of men is orchestrated and #legalTerrorism extended.
If you are a Men, and travelling to India. Beware. U may be trapped in legal extortion by just a stray complaint by a Female.
#Period.
In India, in failed relationships, men are sent to jail for this, the government has created a special section, BNS Sec. 69. Along with that, they are also labelled as rapists.
Very pathetic laws of a poorly governed country.
@advbharatchugh, you explained this issue very well.
@TheDeshBhakt This is a unnecessary litigation & counterproductive as Truth even if circumstantial and statements made in specific context remains a credible defence to defamation and criticism / rebuke are not defamation.
But yes,.. road to justice is long for @KhanSirOffical .

@zoomafrika1 Lord Krishna ... Krishna is sanskrit for black. He is also prayed by name Kaalia which is Hindi for black.
We, within a family, from same parents have siblings of multiple skin tone.
Colour of skin doesn't matter to Indians.. Beyond personal preferences ofcourse.

🚨 IT’S A CRIME FOR MEN TO GET MARRIED IN INDIA 🚨
This is not drama. This is the daily reality created by our family courts.
A man who once lived as an NRI in Europe, earning around 4000 Euros a month, lost his job and had to return to India.
He started again with a modest salary of ₹67,000 per month.
His wife of 13 years filed for divorce and maintenance for herself and their 10-year-old child. She simply submitted his old NRI salary slip as proof of his “income.”
The family court didn’t care about his job loss, his return to India, or his current reality. It ordered him to pay ₹2,33,000 every single month.
He appealed. The higher court reduced it to ₹80,000 per month.
But the arrears from the last 5 years (since 2021) are still there to destroy him.
Originally calculated at ₹1.4 CRORE. Even after the reduction — still around ₹48 LAKHS in arrears.
Now tell me — how does a man earning ₹67,000 pay ₹80,000 every month plus clear nearly 50 lakh in back dues? He can’t. This is not maintenance.
This is a financial death sentence handed down by the state.
Judges refuse to believe that a man’s income can genuinely drop because of layoffs, visa issues, or life circumstances. They assume every man is a fraud hiding wealth.
They live in an alternate reality where they pat each other on the back while destroying real lives.
This is exactly the kind of systemic cruelty that made Atul Subhash choose death — a final warning to every man about how rotten and evil this court system has become.
And it’s not even one case.👉
In another instance, an unemployed man battling severe mental health problems — admitted multiple times to government psychiatric wards — was still ordered to pay ₹45,000 per month with ₹40 lakh in arrears. The judge simply refused to accept that he was sick and unable to work.
Lawyers and judges sit comfortably in their bubble, completely cut off from the broken men running between courts, losing jobs, sanity, and sometimes their lives.
Even if a man earns ₹10 lakhs per month in India today, ordering ₹2,33,000 as alimony is reckless, cruel, and inhuman.
The system has degenerated. It is no longer about justice or protecting children. It has become legal terrorism against men — designed to extract the maximum possible money regardless of current capacity or circumstances.
Men are left with only impossible choices:
• Give up and end their life to escape the torture
• Turn to crime
• Or live a slow death paying what they don’t have, losing everything they own.
This madness has to stop.
We need maintenance based on actual current income and real circumstances — not outdated salary slips or imaginary “earning capacity.”
We need time-bound, rehabilitative support instead of lifelong financial slavery.
Marriage in India has been turned into a trap. The state has made it a weapon.
@timesofindia But Why!! Any peaceful action based on truth and evidence cannot be indecorous. Its just reflection. India's emblem says "Hail Truth" while its reps call its exercise indecorous.
Truth may have multi-dimensional.. But its recognised truth that #Justards exist far and wide in IN.
@ndtv Not the first case. Will not be the last case. Odisha is marred with corruption at every level,.. rather systemically. But why just odisha,... the whole of India,... and its Judiciary.
Only option is to learn to enjoy the struggle.

@khan__sir_patna Haven't you learnt it yet,.. In India,.. Rules are meant for you to follow. You are allowed to not follow the rules till you fall in line. The moment you fall out,.. rules get legal merit to act.
N'joy unjust systemically blended to control.
