Very poor consumerism.
For reactivation of old SIM, the local Vodafone Idea store is putting two conditions, either
I) convert to postpaid or
II) buy antivirus of around Rs. 500+

Why such... Very bad

Sir,
Non reactivation of disconnected number unless
i) it is converted to postpaid or
ii) hefty amount towards purchase of antivirus is paid.
Very bad experience.
