@meraperspective File another writ challenging the illegal detention and look out circular, if any. There is now way your lawyer or anyone could have know about LOC. Contempt would not help you much as direction by HC was only to not file chargesheet. It cannot be construed as stay order in law.

@CiteCase Against an order of maintenance enhancement under 127 crpc, should I approach hc under Art 227 or revision under 19(4) of family act r/w 397 and 401 crpc? Since scope of revision is limited I want to move under 227 as my arguments were not heard by ld family court
