Today, the LACoFD family is mourning the loss of Fire Captain Michael Shepard who passed away yesterday. Captain Shepard joined LACoFD as a firefighter in 2006 and promoted through the ranks. Our thoughts & prayers are with his wife, 4 sons, 2 daughters, and 7 grandchildren.
