Why is it mandatory to fill mobile number that is registered with the vehicle for paying challan, Y government is saying no to the payment of challan (revenue) when it is being made by lawyers like us??
Sir humbly request to please remove this road block in payment of e-challan.

Their is no option of registering the user.
Their is no option for lawyers like us who want to make payment of traffic challan on behalf of their clients.
Don't know why mobile number is made mandatory for paying challan
