Has anybody noticed Zomato delivery delays only to push for their VIP on time guarantee if you pay additional 50 Rs. They also increased delivery fee of 12.50 Rs per order. Is this not a Scam? @zomato I placed order at 12.44 pm and estimated delivery now is 2.30 pm.

The purchase as well as service request is at Palladium Mall @Ferragamo store. They have wasted my one month without a certain reply or commitment to honour their life time service warranty or replacement as it was a manufacturing defect.

@Ferragamo repenting a purchase of 1 lac worth shoe last year which gave up on the soles in a years time. When contacted for service (life time assured) 15 days were wasted to seek approval of service. After approval now next 15 days they dont know what service is approved !!!
