Heartfelt thanks to
Justice Pradeep Kumar Srivastava for the precious guidance and mentorship during my internship.

His mentorship, as Chairman of the UP State Law Commission and former Allahabad High Court judge, has profoundly impacted my legal career.

@parijatpragya @abhijeet_dipke Got It Mam, but The word “Expert” is corroborative under our law, but his team surely told him it is conclusive 🫣

@NewsAlgebraIND To All Our Young Generation Lawyers: Knowing law is not enough. Master the law and develop Absolute knowledge of law skils. If a reporter with no legal knowledge debates you on facts and you have no counterargument, please don’t give interviews.

A 'free legal aid' lawyer who came to support CJP schooled by a Journalist.

LAWYER : SIR is wrong.

JOURNALIST : But SIR is allowed by Supreme Court. Have you not read the order?

LAWYER : Oh 😂

JOURNALIST : What is the full form of SIR?

LAWYER : Ummm 😭😂

Abhijeet Dipke has been described as pure evil by this guy who also studied in Boston University.
He calls Dipke a fraud, an absolutely anti-national guy who hates India and just wants to break it. He describes how negative he found Dipke at a party where everyone was speaking their heart out. After returning from the party he gave Dipke's example to his GF and told her that it is because of such negative guys that he doesn't want to go back to India.

[Raman Prajapati @AdvRaman7]

@abhijeet_dipke So, what exactly happened here? 😂😂

Were they hacked, bought, or is there some new technology called “ideological remote control”? 🤣🤡

Because the sudden political enthusiasm is getting interesting!

And please, don’t come at me with “They’re foreigners, why do we care?”🤣

Why is Modi seeking the support of Americans to discredit his own countrymen?

Who gave foreign nationals the right to interfere in India’s internal affairs?

We are more than capable of dealing with our own issues. We don’t need outsiders interfering in our country’s affairs.

@parijatpragya @abhijeet_dipke Mam he doesn't not know the meaning of quid pro quo

Article 19 protects freedom of speech and expression while Article 19(2) permits reasonable restrictions on specified grounds
Article 51A calls upon citizens to safeguard public property and abjure violence

Freedom with responsibility. Dissent with discipline

Rights come with responsibilities.

Protest is democratic; violence is not.

No constitutional freedom is absolute. Reasonable restrictions help protect the rights of everyone else.

Democracy thrives on dissent—not disorder
