After it was configured, I asked, “What can you do for me?” The answer was not useful enough for my work. The compression may improve, but based on this test, I would not recommend installing it yet. A local model should save more time than it takes to configure and use.
I tested Ternary Bonsai 2 after seeing claims that a 27B model could fit into about 6GB. The installation took close to an hour, and during setup my available storage dropped by roughly 14GB.
Today, we’re announcing Ternary Bonsai 2 27B.
Based on Qwen3.8 27B, Bonsai 2 27B is 9x smaller than its full-precision counterpart while retaining 98.2% of its aggregate benchmark performance.
Two months after the first Bonsai 27B release, the biggest change is quality. The footprint remains 5.9 GB, but the gap to full precision has narrowed materially, with particularly strong gains in agentic coding, multimodal reasoning, and long-horizon tool use.
Ternary Bonsai 2 27B is available today under Apache 2.0.
The model pack itself was 8GB. The smaller number appears to describe the compressed weights, while the full setup also needs the runtime, Python packages, dependencies, and temporary download files.
We live in bubble on this app.
A lot of us are running agents, building workflows, creating skills, comparing harnesses, connecting tools, and etc..
Go ask one of your friends what Kimi or GLM is. They will probably look at you like a madman.
OpenAI’s consumer research found that 49% of ChatGPT messages are still people asking for advice or information.
Another 40% are requests to complete a task.
Meanwhile, 70.2% of sampled Codex users had assigned at least one task estimated to take a person more than an hour.
I’m sure your timeline makes it feel like everyone is running agents and orchestrating workflows.
They are not.
Do not confuse being surrounded by early adopters with being late.
You are early. Keep learning and keep building.
Most people overestimate what they need to start, and underestimate what they can achieve by starting small.

Marketing is applied psychology.
Every tweet. Every ad. Every word.
The best marketers are students of psychology and use it regularly.

Here are some of the most interesting applications of psychology in marketing:
Create art. Create content. Create movies. Create documentaries. Create books. Create companies. Create adventure videos. Create paintings. Create magic.
The more you create what you love the more wise, rich and happy you'll become.
Don't waste it.
You either die as a doom-scroller and hate mongerer on the internet or you live enough to discover money X and have an online business with time, location and financial freedom.
Most people don't have a skill problem. They have a distribution problem. You can be the best at what you do and still make $0. The internet doesn't reward talent. It rewards visibility + trust + an offer people actually want. Most people have 1 of the 3. Almost nobody has all 3.
I seriously need you guys to realize that the world is only ending for soulless money-obsessed racists. For the rest of us, a new world is being born— you will miss its birth if you choose to focus your attention on the death of the old system that did not exist to serve you.
I was smoking hookah with a guy who did $65M+ selling AI to Fortune 500 companies in West Hollywood
we did a little mastermind and he asked me how I did $3.5M+ selling ebooks organically.
So I begin explaining and show him my 60 modules blueprints and videos explaining how it all works
He looks at me, straight in the eye, and asks me why I'm not selling that for $10K at least???
I replied:
"Oh I don't feel like it. I'm busy with other stuff"
He said :
BRO AS SOON AS YOU GO HOME SELL IT TO YOUR FOLLOWERS FOR $10K PER PERSON THAT IS THE MOST VALUABLE PRODUCT YOU HAVE YOU COULD MAKE $100K TONIGHT JUST FROM DOING THAT
so now im giving it out to you guys.
but for free.

Most people panic about layoffs after they happen.
Here's the math nobody shows you:
- Average severance: 2-4 weeks per year worked
- Average job search: 5-6 months in 2026
- Gap you're not accounting for: ~4 months of zero income
But one digital product selling at $47/day doing just 7-8 sales a day covers all your expenses.
AI won't take your job overnight.
But the gap between jobs will break you if you're not building income that doesn't require a boss to activate.
The people sleeping well right now aren't the ones with "job security."
They're the ones with a second income that doesn't need permission.
A post that reaches 300,000 people doesn’t need massive conversion to generate revenue.
If 0.5% click, that’s 1,500 visitors.
If 2% buy a $39 product, that’s 30 customers generating $1,170.
One well-distributed post can outperform weeks of traditional work.
That’s the leverage content creates for digital products.
