Iβve been using my own fitness app for a while now.
@DevinAI is currently helping me rebuild it into something better.
Think MyFitnessPal, Runna, and whatever strength or calisthenics app you use, all working from the same plan.
Training and nutrition actually talk to each other.
I logged a 39-minute run today. The app added 230 calories, 35g of carbs, and 15g of protein to support fueling and recovery, then explained why my targets changed.
Most people I know who track calories use MyFitnessPal, but their nutrition still lives separately from their training.
I normally run in the morning and lift in the evening.
I wanted my macros tied to what Iβm actually doing, not fixed numbers that ignore how I trained that day.
It tracks my food, runs, strength work, recovery, and daily targets in one place.
I originally built it for myself, but Iβm starting to think about releasing it publicly.
Would you use something like this? π
Iβll tell you what. Ever since the day they said NO to the government, Donny had a fit and labeled them as a national security threat, then Mythos got leaked and then the government was like βthese guys are actually great peopleβ all within the span of a month in a half. I knew what was really up.. lol
So Iβm one of the "AI guys" at my job right.
Spent today walking one the teams through a process they want built.
We ended up talking about how agents actually work, the difference between a model and a harness, and why I think Copilot is one of the worst things ever created.
Not gonna lie, teaching this stuff is kind of fun.
