However, there are classes (I teach some) that help bring awareness and educate men and women to choose better choices than to use violence in any of its forms.

@ReoLindora Usually I try to do something different. Change it up. Or, I can the best thing: Start writing random sentences without a direction. "The sun is shining." "The snow is too bright." "My eyes hurt."..etc...sometimes when I jump start my brain it takes over...
