@PreachGaming Honestly I've been sticking with only three MMO's at the moment. LOTRO, GW2 and BDO. That's honestly it for me, I don't want a break out hit MMO or them trying to bring back the what MMO's felt lively. Just push out your vision, stick with your guns and have a decent trailer.

@Pirat_Nation If you need this in a game then just don't make the game. That's why options exists for a reason. If the game has the option to turn stuff like blood and gore off then use that. You don't need AI to do something that someone is lazy to do or will have their feelings hurt... -_-
