My little company, englishbiz, with Shikoku Tourism produced this article for LONELY PLANET! Please check it out, and if you like, please share. Getting the word out about a hidden travel gem in Japan.
Note to self: if you local store gets in another supply of yuzu sorbet from Shikoku, buy the whole batch, as it will be sold out when you return for more the next day.
Yet another sake related thing to add to the list of want but can't have - this is a limited collaboration with the Shikoku 88 Temple Pilgrimage and what looks like every Kura in Shikoku. Why can't I have it? The price for 8 sets of 11 300ml bottles is, you guessed it 88万円.

I think that this is so interesting. We are, by nature, restless spirits. So, when the airports are finally (and eventually) safe again, we are surely surely surely going to travel!

It is true that many sake breweries are looking for better ways to promote their product. The industry has been sinking slowly in Japan for the past several years, but now steadily growing overseas.

There are always going to be knock-offs, so when you are looking for sake, or Japanese fruits, make sure that they come from where they say they do. Otherwise "buyer beware".
All kinds of pairings with a wide variety of sake experiences. I love this.

Very true news. Our sources tell us as well that sake is making quite a surge in the market, particularly in China and Singapore. Wonderful!

Sake has such a huge range of flavors and experiences! Some is fresh and needs to be enjoyed before it goes off, but some can be kept and savored over time.
