5/ follow the money. Sometimes the promotion isn't worth it, sometimes moving to texas to build a data center is worth the effort. Always be looking for the better opportunity, a 30-60k raise is out there, you have to find the way to make it happen.
4/ gym time. Get your friends involved, go to classes, class pass has changed my mentality and the way I work out, it beats my ADHD, if you can't get up off the ground with out your hands, how do you expect to live comfortably in your 60s and 70s when you get to spoil your grandchildren
