A scene from the banks of the Odawna river

[Clean and Safe Foundation @AdvertisingMei1]

When waste is disposed near the Odawna river, heavy rains, floods and diseases are breed from the waste into the river.

Waste disposal at the banks of the Odawna has the tendency to spiral into the river when tempestuous wind blows.
