@the_codewala I would still advise all junior dev to learn algorithms, learn everything from first principal. It's worth it. Probably focus less on learning syntax and focuss on system. But atleast one programing language known can only help build that interest and curiosity.
But it something which solve complicated engeneering problems. Don't know how word is goona be in next six months. Hoping good engineer still continue to get rewards and cognitive reasoning does not become cheaper.
Honestly things has changed with opus coming up , 100% of my code right now is Ai generated. Obviously I plan ask lot of questions and then tell Ai to go and review it in the end. I worked in startup where I do have work with quite a bit of token.
Which can keep kick or a very good new feature which has been rare.
Really thinking to solve bigger problem. I have decided to hence develop a side project which give me kick. Something which test my basics probably in pure java . It may not solve business problem as of now
We dreamed it. We believed it. We fought for it. And today, we lived it. 🥇
Asian Games Gold — and a place at LA 2028. 🏑✨
To wear the Indian jersey is an honour.
To win Gold for India is a feeling words can never fully describe.
This is for every Indian who believed in us .
@cricbuzz The revs are missing and its not actually spin bowling don't think his body allowed him to do so , but he is still using his brain to maximise whatever left in him
I think the world is not talking enough about the anxiety of fresh grads who are getting into software development considering how AI is able to do so much and the expectations from them are increasing every day
We want the best of all worlds. We want them to learn and we also want them to execute fast and we also want them to be accurate and we also want them to use AI and we also want them to have a taste of their own, and the list just goes on.
I think the biggest thing that can help junior engineers is that mid level, senior engineers and managers must make their expectations clear from the beginning and give time and space to grow and learn. If you only care about speed then it doesn't even make sense to give a task to a junior engineer, just implement it yourself.
✅ US-WEST-2 Region Issue Resolved
Between 3:55 AM and 4:15 AM PDT, we experienced connectivity issues that impacted connectivity to the US-WEST-2 Region. This impacted multiple AWS services in the Region. Some customers may have also experienced issues accessing the AWS Management Console, with connection timeouts and unresponsive pages. Connectivity within the Region was not affected. Our engineers were automatically engaged at 4:01 AM PDT, and immediately began investigating this issue. We identified the root cause as an issue with networking devices responsible for network routing from the Region to the Seattle Metro, and began working in parallel on multiple paths to mitigate the impact. We took mitigation measures that led to initial recovery at 4:15 AM PDT. As the network continued to stabilize following our mitigation actions, a brief reconvergence event occurred between 4:47 AM and 4:59 AM PDT. During this reconvergence period, some customers may have experienced intermittent connectivity issues to the Region as network routes were re-established. By 4:59 AM PDT, all routes had been fully restored, and service metrics returned to pre-event levels.
I didn’t think that India would dominate the Lord’s Test Match as they have done. Think of the context. These things should be celebrated, without a caveat.
