@Cleartrip U r evading the issue. The convenience fee was already charged at booking. After cancellation, IndiGo refunded 17,000/- to you. Despite this, you credited only Rs15,791, retaining Rs.1,209 without justification. This is double charging and unjust enrichment.

@Cleartrip But is once charged by you, now when Indigo has refunded Rs 17000/- to cleartrip, therefore charging it again is unjust enrichment. What is your explanation for Rs 17000/- refund by Indigo?

@Cleartrip It was cancelled by IndiGo, not you. IndiGo has already refunded the full Rs.17,000 to Cleartrip.
Why are you trying to deduct the convenience fee, when it was already charged once?
Please process the full refund. Give price breakup of Rs 17000 credited by @IndiGo6E
