Spent premium money on a Samsung S23 and in just 1.5 years the motherboard is dead.
First it had the green line issue - fixed only after a long fight.
Now Samsung wants βΉ28,000 to replace the motherboard and refuses any support.

@SamsungIndia We contacted customer care twice. Both times we were told the issue would be escalated, but nobody has reached out.
This has been going in circles with zero accountability. We need a clear update and resolution β not more promises.

@Pmkphotoworks But it's too old and how you guys surviving with 8gb / 256gb!
Also check the memory pressure, most of the time it will be using swap memory which will affect the SSD in long run
