After 30+ legit hours on the phone with all sorts of west elm personnel we finally got out complete order... I mean, wouldn't say complete cuz its come to our knowledge that the chair we intended to order isn't even available... So why was it advertised?? No clue.

@WilliamsSonoma It's not only the delay in delivery that's the issue here.. It's the fact that you all have scheduled a day already for my delivery only to find out the day of through my own investigation that it's cancelled. I didn't get an email, I didn't get a call, nothing. No respect of ⏰
