Paper trading platform, three services, all free tier.

React + Vite on Vercel. Node/Express + MongoDB + Redis on Render. FastAPI decision engine on Hugging Face Spaces.

The engine combines FinBERT sentiment over Pinecone-retrieved headlines with RSI, a 50-day SMA, volatility, and SPY/VIX regime detection. Every constant is documented with the reasoning behind it no bare magic numbers.

The auto-pilot bot runs two passes per cycle: a risk pass that exits on stop-loss or take-profit first, then a signal pass that opens new positions. 65% confidence gate. Refuses to trade anything above 80% annualised volatility.

Warm-paper light theme with a fully derived dark mode. Not an inversion surfaces step up in lightness for elevation, the accent desaturates, shadows become borders.

They aren't trusted. A user uploaded them.

So I built a document engine that treats its own corpus as hostile input. No LangChain, no API keys, runs entirely on a laptop CPU.
