@itsjessie_k_ Been IT office bee for quite some time, and I will say no, but I use laptop and two additional monitors so I have to move my head, I have adjusted brightness so my eyes feel cozy, and I try to sit as upright as possible, so my head can rest. Pain will usually come from strain 🤓
