언커먼갤러리에서 세계적인 온체인 제너레이티브 아티스트 @dmitricherniak 드미트리 체르니악의 특별 아티스트 토크가 열렸습니다.

이번 토크에서는 온체인 제너레이티브 아트를 주제로 블록체인이 예술에 미치는 영향과 그의 창작 방식을 심도 있게 다루며 디지털 아트의 현재와 미래에 대한 통찰을 제시했습니다. 또한, 한국과 아시아의 제너레이티브 아트 씬에 대한 체르니악의 시각을 통해, 글로벌 디지털 아트의 방향성을 함께 살펴보는 시간이었습니다.

The talk focused on on-chain generative art, offering a deep dive into how blockchain influences creative processes and unveiling Cherniak’s unique approach to creation. Insights into the present and future of digital art were shared, alongside Cherniak’s perspectives on the generative art scene in Korea and Asia, as well as the trajectory of global digital art trends.

Generative Art Workshop

A workshop by artist Seohyo @seohyowork took place at Uncommon Gallery. Through the “Daily Coding” project that began during the pandemic, Seohyo has been creating diverse generative art based on daily coding routines, presenting animated works inspired by mathematical imagination and natural elements. Displayed on billboards in cities like Seoul, Incheon, Utrecht, Tokyo, and Singapore, Seohyo's works offer a unique visual experience that allows viewers to perceive everyday objects from a fresh perspective.

𝙙𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙜() exhibition opened to Seoul audiences today at Uncommon Gallery and COEX S-Live. Connecting Tokyo, Taipei, Seoul, and Beijing, this exhibition features 42 artists from across Asia, who merge algorithms and art to cross the boundaries of culture and language.

The opening reception included a panel discussion with Hana Yun @HanaYun778323 , NIINOMI @r21nomi , You-Sheng(ZYS) @seeingsun , Arctic @Arctic0013 representing each city, as well as an immersive audiovisual performance by Kohui, offering attendees a profound artistic experience and inspiration.

The 𝙙𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙜() exhibition and its programs will continue through November 30.
