@tonyocruz@talk2GLOBE Been a loyal customer too. Upgraded my plan with phone last october. Til now no phone and everytime I follow up they cant even tell me which stores have stocks. I need to book an appointment pa sa branch to ask. My concern is always “escalated” but nothing really happens.
Lesson learned today: online sellers that scammed people get support and love if they do that long text post thingy on IG and cry about how hard their life is.
@CebuPacificAir sucks so bad. Checkin counter closed 1 hr before our flight. We were here more than an hr before but the line was too long. No announcements or efforts were made towards prioritizing closing counters first.
