@Keetaglobal_ksa Beware of keetas misleading promotion, they have 5pcs deal on selected items, but when I placed the order they sent only 1 item, wasted almost an hour of my time. If it was another application, they would have a better solution, than what Keeta had.

@Keetaglobal_ksa I sent it, explained everything, got multiple calls, still u guyz fail to resolve the issue & keep saying that a relevant team will look into the matter, an agent said that he refunded me. I received nothing, it’s been 4 days, & u guyz keep scheduling pickup and cancel it

@Keetaglobal_ksa I checked dm, I responded to it, it’s been more than a day and no one has resolved the issue. If no one contacts today, I’ll raise a complaint in the ministry for false misleading promotions and simply delete the application. Its heights of unprofessionalism

@Keetaglobal_ksa Peak unprofessionalism from KEETA, firstly the items that were in promotional weren’t delivered, the store confirmed that the promotional was misleading. Secondly, the only solution was to return, it’s been 5hrs & one collected the order. Beware of the fakepromos

@Ninjaappksa I placed an order last night, I had some issues with the cans being damaged, I didn’t raise a complaint thinking that it maybe edible from inside, but today when I used it, it has a really bad texture, the smell is bad & no one wants to eat it & ninja fails to help

@gobran1985 It’s either a list of abandoned cat, find her a good home, or build something small for her, like a small house/shade with her food and water where she can be safe.
