@BrianEntin THIS is why he wants the juror removed. It makes it that much more likely that there will be a mistrial tomorrow. unlikely that he’s doing it because he thinks that’s the juror that’s keeping it from being ngri (which he has no way of factually knowing)
@yeahalting What do you mean questioned?
After evidence was finished and prosecution rested, the 12 jurors were randomly selected. The prosecution had no idea that that specific juror would be one of the twelve.
Updates from @shamscharania:
- Heat, Nuggets, Cavs among teams interested in DeMar DeRozan
- Heat among "several championship contending teams" monitoring Klay Thompson's status
- Lakers, Cavs remain interested in sign-and-trade for Jonathan Kuminga
The biggest implication is that the Nuggets can't take back players under contract for Peyton Watson in a sign and trade since they're above the second apron.
They'd need to get under it in a separate deal or in conjunction with the sign and trade.
Mavs could really do Denver a favor and eat Nnaji’s contract for their unprotected 2031 pick
Let’s them match jones’ deal and still do a snt for Watson, if needed.
Omg guys
DEN is 4M from 2nd Apron.
30 hrs to match OKC.
If they do, they will be immediately 2A with all its restrictions.
Like.. no Sign-and-Trades.
If they can’t pay Watson, they surely want to S&T, and they won’t be able to. Presti put their whole offseason on the clock.
