No, Llama it wasn’t fantastic. It was performative as hell. The jury saw up close and personal exactly how the ADA’s elected to try this case for the last five weeks. These two women tried for two weeks to manipulate the jury into thinking that the suicide attempt was a ruse…knowing that their own experts were going to testify it was a “very serious attempt.” It’s was repugnant. They are talking about “unicorns in the corner” in relation to psychosis. It’s patently incorrect and an absolute affront to millions of people that suffer from mental illness. Her vocal fry didn’t fool the jury. The only thing she has going for her is that insanity defenses or LCR are the defense of last resort because they are so difficult to get jury’s to buy in on.

Georgia Cappelman’s closings in all Adelson cases were fantastic. She is the gold standard of prosecutors in this country and Sprague is nowhere to be found in that team photo.

Not really seeing the bias you speak of…but you knew that. Try being intellectually honest on occasion. It’s not that hard.

As journalist Prem Thakker points out, Chris Van Hollen is the only potential 2028 presidential contender in the Senate who has called on the Trump administration to secure Safi’s release.

Van Hollen is also introducing a resolution requiring the State Department to provide answers about nine Americans killed in the West Bank since 2022 with zero accountability, as well as the broader abuses Palestinians face under Israeli occupation. He says he will bring it to a vote when Congress returns.

Hey! Just wanted to share an appreciation post for our beloved @Docs_Delphi

Not only has the subreddit, ran by her/@dickere74521 and some other good people (that I’m not sure want to be named or not) helped me understand this case better, but Allegra has been a great mentor to me; specifically, helping me connect the dots with different, lesser known people who had involvement in this case.

She was very welcoming and helpful to me with the lore of Delphi after I dropped the “tangled web” video I made as a joke. Conversations with her really opened my eyes to additional fuckery going on in this case in the pursuit of #FreeRichardAllen

She doesn’t get enough credit for keeping folks well-informed, being a foundation of content for crimetubers, and having an answer to a question or the piece to a missing puzzle within record time.
