Day 1 vs. Day 182 (6 months) of working out. Progress is still good, but definitely slowing down. I'm at the point where if I want to keep gaining muscle at an impressive rate I need to start bulking as there isn't a whole lot of fat left to convert into muscle. I'm not too (1/2)
Day 1 vs. day 30 of working out. I've been doing 30 mins a day, 4 times a week. So far, I've managed to stay consistent, which is all I need to do. As long as I'm consistent, the results will come. It doesn't look like much now, but I'm sure day 60 will be a visible improvement.
